Neal Raymond Hersh is a graduate of UCLA and received his J.D. degree from Southwestern University School of Law. Mr. Hersh is admitted to practice before all Courts in the State of California as well as the United States Supreme Court.
Mr. Hersh is one of three partners at Hersh, Mannis & Bogen, LLP, and has 36 years of experience in the area of Family Law. Mr. Hersh is certified as a Specialist in Family Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Hersh is AV® Preeminent™ rated by Martindale-Hubbell, which is a distinction that Mr. Hersh has held for 20 years. Mr. Hersh has been named a Southern California “Super Lawyer” each year since 2003 by Los Angeles Magazine. In addition, he has been recognized as one of the “Best Lawyers” by Los Angeles Times Magazine each year since 2005.
Mr. Hersh is the attorney of two appellate decisions, In re Marriage of Brennan and In Re Marriage of Wickander and has participated as a lecturer at numerous symposiums and colloquiums. Mr. Hersh is a member of American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers. Mr. Hersh is also a past Chair and current member of the Beverly Hills Bar Association Family Law Section, Member of the American Bar Association Family Law Section, California State Bar Family Law Section, Los Angeles County Bar Family Law Section.
In his spare time, Mr. Hersh enjoys writing and has written a story which is a comedy relating to family law that has been sold to a major studio, hopefully to be made into a movie in the near future.
