Up to a maximum of 10 (ten) hours of limited scope Mediation Consulting work  + 1 60-minute divorce coaching session with our certified divorce coach.

Mediation Consulting:

• Meet with attorney team regarding your overall mediation objectives.
• Legal team support and/or preparation of your Petition or Response (initial papers) for divorce.
• Mandatory financial disclosure form assistance can be provided by our Legal team.
• Settlement strategy consult with a ZFLG Attorney and/or Associate Attorney. Before strategy is provided the ZFLG attorney must be provided with complete financial disclosures in order to assess case.
• May include review of Judgment draft prepared by Mediator (outside) if sufficient data is available and review time does not exceed 5 hour package limits.

This package includes:

• 1 x 60 min coaching session
• Up to 10 hours of Legal team support comprised of review of mandatory financial disclosures, preparation of forms, settlement strategy.
• Disclaimers: ZFLG Attorney or Associate Attorney unable to provide strategy on complex financial matters and is unable to review a draft Judgment without sufficient background and data points to assess the settlement terms.

*When purchasing this package it’s best that Purchaser reach out to the law firm to ensure that their objectives are achievable within the time constraints of this package.

*We reserve the right to refuse service in ZFLG’s discretion. This likely will be a result of ZFLG assessing that the client’s project is not a good fit for this type of bundled service.
